The Lactation Network can facilitate covering these appointments with most plans if they are Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO, Humana PPO (until 12/31/2023), and VA CCN (Veterans Affairs Community Care Network) plans as well as most plans that utilize MultiPlan and PNOA.
Please note that PNOA and MultiPlan logos will appear alongside other payers on the medical insurance card, like Aetna or UHC. If the card includes the PNOA or MultiPlan logo (on the front or the back of the card, and it is a PPO), we may be able to take them.
